    Before starting Legacy Insurance in 2018, Shana was a top producing agent in Arkansas for over a decade. Shana prides herself in providing customized plans and creating personal relationships with her clients.

    “Helping people is my passion and I do whatever I can to make sure my clients’ needs are met to protect themselves and their families. “

    Shana and her husband Chad have four children; Chad II, Hunter, Ally, and Maggy. But her favorite child of all is their Frenchie - Bora 👑. When she’s not at work, Shana enjoys traveling to new places, cooking and hosting for her family and friends, and watching both of her daughters dance.

  • AGENT - Arkansas

    Alicia has been a resident of Cabot, Arkansas for 20+ years. She has two daughters, Baylee and Bella. She loves hanging out with her family and friends in her spare time. 

    She has worked in the insurance business in the past as a customer service representative and now is a licensed agent ready to help take care of all your insurance needs.

    Kim currently resides in St. Tammany Parish where she has stayed for over 40 years. With seven years of experience as an insurance agent, Kim prides herself on being able to navigate the market to find what best suits her clients’ needs and creating an ideal plan for each person who comes through our doors.

    Long-time Northshore resident, Genell has lived in the area for 21 years with her family. She started her professional career in the Home Mortgage Business. Since moving to Legacy Insurance, Genell has played an integral part in the day-to-day in our office!

    When Genell isn’t hard at work, she enjoys spending time with her children Kyle and Kayden.

    Olivia is a recent graduate of Louisiana State University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with a minor in Business.

    “I love helping people reach their goals and am excited to learn more about the insurance industry!.”

    When she’s not in the office, Olivia enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
